What You'll Do

• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, Renters, and Business Insurance policies
• Follow up on leads and cross-selling opportunities
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty License
• Active Life & Health License
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, winning attitude
• Thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment
• Possesses a genuine servant's heart and a passion for helping customers protect what matters most
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
