Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations to identify gaps in coverage and provide tailored protection solutions.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business through active outreach and professional referrals.

Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to prospective clients with transparency and care.

Collaborate with our service team to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.

Keep abreast of carrier underwriting guidelines and market changes to offer the most accurate advice.

Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.

Ability to communicate complex coverage concepts in clear, everyday language.

High school diploma or equivalent.
