We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a role that combines sales and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys writing new business while managing and servicing existing clients.
This is a 100% on-site position, working with both new and existing clients in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.
Salary Range: $70000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate coverage (auto, property, liability, flood, recreational vehicles, and more)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for quotes, renewals, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
- Educate clients on coverage options and provide clear, confident guidance
- Manage renewals and retention efforts to maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that add value to clients
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to grow your book of business
- Execute win-back strategies to re-engage previous clients
- Stay current on carrier guidelines and products to provide accurate recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and an excellent client experience
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 License (Required)
- 3+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience (Required)
- Proven success in sales, cross-selling, and retention
- Experience in an office environment, including multiline phone systems and agency software
