We are looking for a motivated, goal-driven insurance professional with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right coverage. This is an in-office position for someone who thrives in a team environment and is excited about growing their insurance career.

This is an in-office position. Remote work is not available.
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $120,000+ annually (base salary + commission + bonus opportunities)

Responsibilities
- Connect with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations and coverage options
- Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries with a consultative sales approach
- Generate new business through relationship-building and effective sales strategies
- Quote and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and bundled policies
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverage to better protect clients
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency processes
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted insurance advisor
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling inbound leads, live transfers, or warm sales opportunities preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
