Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead management systems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
  • Present and explain insurance options clearly and professionally.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required) and Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance background preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
