Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close new business through needs assessments and customized solutions.
• Generate new business by networking, referrals, and outbound marketing with partners such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
• Understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and update client information in the agency management system.
• Consistently achieve high sales targets and exceed performance goals.

• Must hold a valid Insurance Producer's license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health from the State of Texas or willing to obtain license prior to employment.
• We provide all training materials necessary to get licensed!
• 2+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed defined sales goals and close sales.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calls, in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, coachable, and resourceful with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
• Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
