Salary Range: $55000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, and Life insurance

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps

Cross-sell additional products to better protect clients

Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities

Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements

Answer billing and coverage questions with professionalism

Meet individual and team sales goals

Maintain accurate customer records

Provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact through renewal

Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).

Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
