Job Title: Licensed Journeyman
Pay Rate: Up to $45.00 based upon experience

Position Overview:
C2C is currently hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for commercial and industrial projects. Candidates must have an active Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License and strong experience with conduit installation, bending, and electrical systems. We are looking for skilled electricians who can work independently, read blueprints, and complete installations safely while meeting project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform full electrical installations in commercial and industrial environments
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power distribution systems including panels, feeders, and branch circuits
Perform electrical inspections to ensure code compliance and system functionality
Bend and install conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC, IMC) including complex layouts and offsets
Pull, route, and terminate large wire and cable systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on electrical systems
Ensure all work meets NEC and Wisconsin electrical code requirements
Coordinate with foremen, contractors, and other trades on active job sites
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License REQUIRED
3+ years of electrical experience preferred
Strong conduit bending and large wire installation experience
Experience with EMT, PVC, RMC, and IMC conduit
Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures
Willingness to travel/work flexible hours as needed
