Description
Location: Dothan, AL Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team in Dothan, Alabama. This position involves commercial and new construction residential plumbing projects within a 60–90-mile radius of Dothan. No overnight travel is required. The ideal candidate will be experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial and new construction residential projects
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Install water supply lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and team members to complete projects efficiently
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Qualifications
Experience with commercial and/or residential new construction projects
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift and carry materials and work in various job site conditions
