Licensed Land Surveyor

Land Surveyor

gpac is partnered with a growing civil construction firm specializing in commercial projects. We’re looking for a Land Surveyor to manage surveying needs across our active developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys

• Provide construction staking and layout support

• Prepare legal descriptions, plats, and survey documents

• Coordinate with project teams and manage survey crews/vendors

• Ensure all survey work meets local, state, and federal standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ surveying experience (construction layout preferred)

• Proficient with survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally

Preferred:

• Development or contractor experience

• UAS/drone survey experience a plus
