Licensed Land Surveyor

Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually
Position Description:
Project manager position to assist with all aspects of the Survey Department. Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects
Responsibilities:
• Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.
• Training field crews, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout.
• Quality control of survey plans and documents.
• Various calculations to support field personnel.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule.
• Title report review and compliance.
• Identifying problems and providing solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• 5 plus years survey experience in survey project management.
• Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated, team player.
