Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Land Surveyor to join our team in Winchester, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a contract position that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
• Provide expert advice on land use and property development.

• Valid Land Surveyor license in the state of Virginia.
• Proven experience in land surveying and boundary determination.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
