We are seeking a highly professional, experienced Lead Massage Therapist who is passionate about providing outstanding care while helping guide and support a small team as the business grows.

Compensation


  •  $50+ per hands-on service hour

Responsibilities


  •  Deliver exceptional massage therapy services 
  •  Create a luxury-level client experience 
  •  Build strong client retention and rebooking 
  •  Maintain treatment room standards 
  •  Assist with retail recommendations and sales 
  •  Greet and care for clients professionally 
  •  Participate in hiring and interviewing new providers 
  •  Help create schedules as the team grows 
  •  Provide leadership and mentorship 
  •  Assist with shift coverage during unexpected absences 
  •  Lead by example with professionalism, appearance, and work ethic 
Requirements


  •  Current Massage Therapy License 
  •  Minimum 2 years professional experience 
  •  Current driver's license 
  •  Current malpractice insurance 
  •  Strong communication skills 
  •  Ability to work independently 
  •  Professional appearance and presentation 
  •  Excellent customer service skills 
  •  Reliable and dependable 
  •  Leadership experience preferred
