Licensed Life Insurance Agent — Remote

Integrity FEX is expanding our remote life insurance sales team and is looking for licensed insurance professionals who are motivated to grow their business while helping families find coverage that fits their needs.

Our agents work directly with prospective clients to understand their goals, explain available coverage options, and guide them through the life insurance application process.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions
• Conduct phone-based consultations to determine individual coverage needs
• Educate clients on available Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Whole Life, and other life insurance options
• Provide personalized coverage recommendations based on client needs and eligibility
• Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients
• Utilize provided sales technology and carrier platforms
• Participate in ongoing training, team development, and carrier education
• Maintain professional and compliant sales practices

What We're Looking For

• Active Life Insurance Producer License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable conducting business remotely and over the phone
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily schedule independently
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing training
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and phone access
• Commitment to providing a professional client experience
