Primary Responsibilities As A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:

• Contact and follow up with company-provided mail-in leads

• Schedule and conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients

• Help clients understand their coverage options in simple, clear terms

• Submit applications and assist clients throughout underwriting

• Keep accurate records of interactions and next steps in the CRM

• Stay informed on product updates and state insurance regulations

• Provide ongoing customer service, including policy reviews

Required Qualifications We Look For In A Licensed Life Insurance Agent:

• Active Life Insurance Producer License (state of residence)

• Prior experience in Life Insurance or Sales is preferred 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to stay organized while working independently

• Computer, phone, and dependable internet access

Preferred Experience:

• Background in life or health insurance, sales, or customer service

• Familiarity with virtual selling or digital meeting tools

• Additional language skills
