Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time Position

On behalf of our esteemed client, we are currently seeking a licensed therapist (LP, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) for a full-time position in both Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, possess strong initiative and self-motivation, and exhibit creativity and innovation in their therapeutic approach.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records for outpatient clients.
• Coordinate care effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Manage an independent schedule and caseload efficiently.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid license as a Mental Health Professional (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LP).
• For candidates in training, a minimum of 10 months of clinical experience is required, with an active pursuit of licensure (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT).

Compensation:

• Competitive pay structure with a 70/30 split for fully licensed clinicians.
