Location: New MexicoPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. Each session contributes directly to client stability, progress, and long-term wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
• Complete assessments and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal clinical leadership as needed
• Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth regulations

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of New Mexico
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy services
• Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
