Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: CaliforniaSalary: $115,000 - $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday to FridaySetting: Telehealth / Remote

This California-based remote therapy role gives licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide consistent online counseling while maintaining a steady weekday schedule.

You will work with clients through secure telehealth sessions, helping them move through challenges with professional guidance, clear care planning, and reliable support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy services to clients located in California
  • Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, session notes, and progress updates
  • Help clients work through emotional, behavioral, relational, and life adjustment concerns
  • Maintain a secure, respectful, and confidential virtual care experience
  • Follow ethical standards and evidence-informed clinical practices

Requirements

  • Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience providing counseling, therapy, or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable working with clients in a telehealth environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
  • Able to manage a remote caseload with reliability and professionalism
