Job Summary

We’re hiring a remote LMFT to support clients through secure online therapy sessions. This role involves assessing client needs, providing family-systems-based care, and helping clients work through relationship challenges, emotional stress, and major life changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide online therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans
• Address concerns such as conflict, anxiety, stress, and communication issues
• Maintain organized and timely documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and telehealth guidelines

Requirements

• Active Hawaii LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain a full-time weekday schedule
