Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) | Remote Work in California
We are looking for skilled mental health professionals to deliver quality therapy services in a fully remote capacity. Our team provides the support and flexibility you need to focus on client care without unnecessary distractions. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits
Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual therapy sessions and provide guidance to clients.
Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
Keep accurate documentation of client progress.
Act as a trusted resource for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
Coordinate care with other health professionals as needed.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Active LMFT license in California.
At least 2-3 years of experience in counseling.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience using telehealth technology preferred.
