Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to associate and developing clinicians
• Support clinical documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and case consultation
• Help supervisees build confidence and professional readiness
• Follow California supervision requirements
• Maintain consistent and organized supervision records

Requirements

• Active California clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board rules
• Previous supervision experience preferred
