Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments to create personalized treatment plans that address each clients unique needs and goals
Perform a variety of massage techniques with confidence, including deep tissue and sports massage, to support pain relief, recovery, and wellness
Use your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to clearly explain treatment options and communicate with clients about their care
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of each session and client progress
Create a welcoming, calming environment that helps clients feel comfortable and cared for
Collaborate with fellow team members to offer integrated, holistic health services
Stay current on trends and best practices in massage therapy, wellness, and recovery techniques
Experience and Qualifications
Valid state licensure in massage therapy
Proven experience and confidence in delivering deep tissue and sports massage
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
Ability to assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
