Spavia Ankeny is seeking part-time massage therapists at all levels of experience, to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Ankeny, IA. Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligible for bonuses and sale commissions.

Spavia offers a full variety of spa treatments for our massage therapists to offer both relaxation and therapeutic treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages. At select locations, we also offer massage enhancements including CBD, cupping and Hypervolt to increase the guest experience and results. In-house training is provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, body wraps, and much more!

 Schedule & Benefits:

• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70,000-$75,000+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
• Full-time or part-time (We consider full time to be 25+ hours/week)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
  

Requirements:

• Active Massage Therapy license in Iowa
  
• Availability to work either some weekends or evenings
• Reliable transportation to get to work
