New Day Massage is a thriving, client-focused practice specializing in pain management, therapeutic bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, and NeuroKinetic Therapy. Our team is passionate about helping people feel better and creating a supportive environment for both clients and therapists. One of our valued therapists is relocating out of state and we're looking for a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and step into an existing client base.
Position Details:
- Independent Contractor (1099) -- W-4 employment may be considered
- Competitive commission-based pay
- Established clientele base with room to build your schedule
- Flexible schedule opportunities; some evening and Saturday availability needed
- We are open every day except Sundays and Tuesdays
- Professional, supportive work environment with like-minded therapists
- We provide your room, massage table, linens, massage oil, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapeutic massage sessions tailored to clients' needs
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Educate clients on self-care and treatment plans when appropriate
- Collaborate with our team to support client wellness goals
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment space and adhere to state regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Missouri
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to client-centered care
- Open availability preferred, with ability to work evenings and weekends
