WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Hand & Stone, you'll be the heart of the guest experience. Your responsibilities include:
Provide a variety of massage modalities tailored to each client's individual needs and goals
Deliver consistent, high-quality therapeutic experiences that keep clients coming back
Recommend appropriate service upgrades and retail products to enhance client outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and client intake forms with care and confidentiality
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all treatment rooms
Build lasting client relationships that drive rebooking and membership retention
Communicate openly and collaboratively with management and fellow team members

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for dedicated professionals who are serious about their craft and passionate about client care. Here's what we require:
Valid New Jersey Massage Therapy License — required prior to start date
Ability to perform a variety of massage modalities as trained and certified
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you're the face of the experience
Unwavering commitment to client care, confidentiality, and professionalism
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for health and wellness
Prior experience is preferred — but new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
