Responsibilities
- Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching
- Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations
- Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50- and 80-minute formats
- Perform paid enhancement services and add-on treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Ohio health and safety standards
- Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience
- Expand your massage modalities through paid training and continuing education
Qualifications
- Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Ohio
- Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed-upon schedule and service limits.
- Sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or spa/massage boutique experience a plus
Compensation
Typical earnings $45-65 per hour
Compensation is based on schedule availability and commitment, with higher earning opportunities available for greater flexibility.
