About The LMT Role

The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Spavia Bellevue will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services, personalizing treatment plans, and implementing strategies to enhance client well-being. Full-time positions require availability for 32+ hours.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services tailored to guest needs.
• Review and confirm intake assessments, document findings, and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver services according to established protocols; escalate clinical concerns as needed.
• Promote add-ons and retail in a guest-centered manner.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and team.
• Participate in training and comply with uniform standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment.

Requirements of the Role

• Active TN Licensed Massage Therapist license in good standing.
• Solid knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
• Proficiency in relaxation and therapeutic techniques listed.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Time and schedule management reliability.
• Professionalism and teamwork skills.
