What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional 50- and 80-minute therapeutic massage sessions, including Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Customize each session based on the client's goals, preferences, and areas of concern
• Conduct brief, professional client consultations before treatment
• Build relationships with clients and encourage long-term wellness and repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment
• Communicate effectively with our front-of-house team to create a seamless client experience
• Bring consistency, professionalism, and genuine care to every session

More Than a Traditional Massage Environment


City Cave is built around an integrated approach to wellness. In addition to therapeutic massage, our clients utilize float therapy, infrared sauna, and red light therapy, often combining services as part of their regular wellness routine.


That creates an environment where massage isn't treated as an occasional luxury. Many of our guests are actively investing in their health, stress management, recovery, and overall well-being—and they're looking for therapists they can return to consistently.


Who We're Looking For


We're looking for therapists who are:

• Licensed Massage Therapists in good standing with the State of Texas
• Skilled in Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Warm, professional, dependable, and client-focused
• Interested in developing long-term relationships with repeat clients
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive spa team
• Passionate about massage, wellness, recovery, and helping clients feel their best
• Available for at least 2–3 shifts per week
• Able to work a variety of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
  Weekend availability is especially important, as Saturdays and Sundays are among our busiest and highest-demand times

At least one year of professional massage experience is preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
