The Role\n

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, professional, and confident providing customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs and wellness goals.

Responsibilities include:

• \n
• Providing customized 60 and 90-minute massage services
• \n
• Performing therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage
• \n
• Conducting client consultations and modifying treatments based on individual needs and contraindications
• \n
• Creating a warm, comfortable, and professional client experience
• \n
• Maintaining accurate client and treatment records
• \n
• Following all sanitation, safety, and professional standards
• \n
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space
• \n
• Collaborating with our aesthetics and wellness team to provide a seamless client experience
• \n
• Educating clients on appropriate self-care and wellness recommendations when applicable
• \n

Qualifications\n

• \n
• Current Massachusetts Massage Therapy License in good standing
• \n
• Previous professional massage experience required
• \n
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness, or aesthetic setting required
• \n
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, and therapeutic massage techniques
• \n
• Experience with relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage
• \n
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• \n
• Warm, professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• \n
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative boutique environment
• \n
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and treatment room presentation
• \n

Availability\n

We are specifically looking for availability:

\n

Thursdays: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

\n

Wednesday evenings

\n

Two Sundays per month

\n
