Licensed Massage Therapist Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to tailor treatments that effectively address patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to support holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices, including med spa experiences.
Licensed Massage Therapist Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
- Proficiency in patient service techniques and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Previous experience in an occupational health or med spa environment is a plus.

Sign-On Bonus:
We are currently offering a $600 sign-on bonus, paid as $300 after 3 months of employment and $300 after 6 months.
