Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
- Earn on average $70,000-$75,000 annually
- Average therapists gratuity: ~$20

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $48-$52
- Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $53-$57
- Advanced services: Up to $70 for 80-100 min treatments
- Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $58-$70
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time or part-time
- Weekend/evening availability preferred
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
