Responsibilities
· Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching
· Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations
· Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50- and 80-minute formats
· Perform paid enhancement services and add-on treatments
· Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Ohio health and safety standards
· Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care
· Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience
· Expand your massage modalities through paid training and continuing education
Qualifications
· Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Ohio
· Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
· Strong client care and communication skills
· Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed-upon schedule and service limits.
· Sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or spa/massage boutique experience a plus
Compensation
Typical earnings $45-65 per hour
Compensation is based on schedule availability and commitment
