Benefits & Pay Structure

• Choose your hours between full-time or part-time flexible schedule
• Avg pay : $45-$70 (includes gratuity) dependent on experience and modality
  
• Annual Earnings at 25 hours/week range between $59,000 - $90,000
• You will be fully booked and busy as our guests and members love Spavia and return again and again
• W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
• Extra pay from service add-ons, bonuses and retail sales
• 10-minute turnover between services

What You'll Do

• Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
• Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
