HumCap's client is currently seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to support aircrew performance, recovery, and readiness as part of the Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) program. This role delivers critical soft tissue therapy services using evidence-based techniques to enhance recovery, prevent injury, and optimize operational performance. The LMT works closely with an interdisciplinary Human Performance team to provide integrated care while maintaining strict adherence to infection control standards and Department of Defense policies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments tailored to aircrew performance and recovery needs
- Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery programs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Human Performance team to deliver integrated care
- Contribute to instructional and educational efforts as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program, clinical, and DoD standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or clinical setting, or in collegiate/professional sports, tactical, aerospace, or other high-performance man–machine environments
- Active state massage therapy license in the state where services will be provided
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one (T3 background investigation required)
- U.S. Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
