Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex residential and commercial projects. This role involves overseeing installations, repairs, inspections, and ensuring all work complies with local codes and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
  • Diagnose issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
  • Supervise and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers
  • Review blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
  • Manage project timelines, materials, and labor
  • Perform inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Qualifications:


  • Valid Master Plumber license
  • 5+ years of professional plumbing experience (10+ preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with commercial plumbing systems
  • Project management experience
  • Backflow certification or specialized endorsements (if applicable)
