Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Social Workers for our client in Coxsackie, NY 12051. This is a 1-year assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Social Workers
Location: Coxsackie, NY 12051
Duration: 1 year up to 2 years
Work Schedule: M-F, 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Previous experience in forensic psychiatry or correctional mental health settings.
  • Familiarity with OMH policies and documentation standards.
  • Experience with suicide risk assessments and treatment planning.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Current New York State License as one of the following:
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience conducting mental health assessments and providing therapeutic services.
  • Strong clinical documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience working in psychiatric, forensic, correctional, or behavioral health settings is preferred.
