    Description

    Location: Multiple Locations (Queens, Flushing, Bronx, Rockaway, Suffolk, Long Island, Brooklyn) - Parking Available

    Job Type: Contract, Freelance

    Schedule:

    • Flexible Hours; Minimum 20-25 hours per week
    • Choose Your Own Hours; Day Shift, Monday to Friday
    • Shift Options: 4-hour shift, 8-hour shift

    Patient Demographics: Adults

    Work Setting: In-person, Office

    Required Qualifications:

    • Licensure: LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW
    • Education: Degree in Social Work or related field
    • Experience: Relevant experience in social work, particularly with adult populations

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide social work services to individuals and families in need
    • Conduct assessments; develop and implement treatment plans
    • Collaborate with professionals to coordinate client care
    • Assist with medical documentation and record-keeping
    • Conduct crisis intervention; provide emergency support
    • Utilize behavior analysis techniques for behavioral challenges
    • Facilitate group therapy sessions

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in social work principles, practices, and medical documentation
    • Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, mental health counseling
    • Crisis intervention, applied behavior analysis, group therapy facilitation
    • Child and family counseling
    • Strong research, communication, problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team
