LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• Active Health Insurance Producer License required.

• Verifiable National Producer Number (NPN) required.

• Minimum one (1) year of recent Medicare call center sales experience, inbound and/or outbound, required.

• Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) processes

• Medicare enrollment and plan comparison software

• CMS compliance and quality monitoring systems

• Consultative Medicare sales and enrollment

• Salesforce or similar CRM platform

• Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong consultative sales, customer service, multitasking, and system-navigation skills.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy.

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM

Occasional Saturdays during peak season 10AM-7PM

ROLE IMPACT

• Help seniors and Medicare-eligible individuals understand, compare, and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).
• In this fast-paced call center role, you’ll provide compliant, consultative enrollment support while meeting sales and service goals.
• Paid training includes AHIP certification for the upcoming Medicare sales season for representatives who are not currently certified.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on Medicare plan options and guide enrollments.

• Explain plan benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment timelines while following Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements and ethical sales practices.

• Accurately document customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Meet individual and team sales performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Maintain licensing requirements and comply with company, state, federal, and CMS regulations.
