Licensed Mental Health Clinician (PsyD/PhD, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is seeking compassionate, motivated licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely or in a hybrid setting, depending on your location, clinical responsibilities, and preferences.
Team members may also use our Wisconsin office locations for in-person services, collaboration, or connection with colleagues.

Work alongside psychologists, licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, and assessment specialists. Our team-based approach supports clinical consultation, coordinated treatment, and continuity of care.

Position Responsibilities
Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy within the clinician’s scope of practice
Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with internal providers and outside professionals to coordinate care
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
Participate in team meetings, consultation, and professional development
Comply with applicable licensing standards, ethical requirements, and BHC policies
Provide telehealth and/or in-person services based on the agreed-upon work arrangement
Required Qualifications
Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
Active Wisconsin license, or eligibility to obtain Wisconsin licensure, as one of the following:
Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Ability to provide services independently within the scope of the applicable Wisconsin license
Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in an outpatient and/or telehealth environment
Reliable internet connection and a confidential workspace for remote services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing outpatient or community-based mental health services
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families
Training in evidence-based or specialty treatment approaches
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Interest in program development, clinical supervision, or leadership
Experience providing telehealth services

Compensation and Benefits
BHC offers competitive compensation with both salaried and fee-for-service opportunities. The compensation structure is determined based on organizational needs, the clinician’s qualifications and experience, availability, anticipated caseload, and preferred way of working.
Salaried positions offer greater income consistency and may be a good fit for clinicians who prefer predictable compensation and an established schedule.
Fee-for-service positions offer increased scheduling flexibility and greater opportunity for clinicians to influence their earnings based on the services they provide.
