Licensed Mental Health Counselor 1099

Rose Serenity Wellness Center Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. Position Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor, fee-for-service position. Compensation is based on completed billable client sessions and related approved clinical services.


Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
  
  
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  
  
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards
  
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care
  
  
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  
  
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with Florida licensure requirements
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license required
  
  
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  
  
• Experience with individual therapy, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities
  
  
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills (DSM-5)
  
  
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
  
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  
  
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
