Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC / LPC / LMHC)

Pay: $35-75/hr based on specialty and setting. Schedule: Flexible. Employment type: 1099 contractor (W-2 placement available). Location: Telehealth and in-person across Atlanta, GA and surrounding region.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places licensed mental health counselors into behavioral health and mental health organizations across the Southeast. CMHCs, FQHCs, private practices, and integrated BH practices need credentialed counselors on flexible engagement.

Who we want

Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, or equivalent state license) with at least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience. Comfortable with telehealth and in-person settings. Strong charting and documentation discipline.

What you would do

• Provide individual, group, or family counseling per client engagement
• Maintain clinical documentation per agency standard
• Coordinate with treatment teams
• Adhere to state licensure regs, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
• Build a steady caseload through repeat engagement bookings
