Position Summary
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide consistent therapy services to clients across Washington using a virtual care model. The role emphasizes practical clinical work, manageable caseloads, and focused session delivery without administrative overload.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform
Assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Participate in team meetings and case discussions
Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
Requirements
Active Washington State LMHC license
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
Experience in outpatient or telehealth counseling preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
