Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges while fostering personal growth and resilience. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with healthcare providers, community agencies, and other professionals to coordinate client care.Maintain ethical standards and compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities.Qualifications:Active, unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field.Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.Experience working with parents is preferred.The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to providing exceptional behavioral health care in a supportive and client-centered environment.
