New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCAS-A) to join our collaborative outpatient addiction treatment team in Charlotte, NC. What You''ll Do:

  • Complete patient intakes, admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Deliver a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient counseling each week
  • Identify behavioral health and case management needs while coordinating patient care
  • Educate patients on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and healthy coping strategies
  • Obtain urine drug screens and patient identification documentation
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, counselors, and clinic leadership to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

  • Master''s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active North Carolina LCMHC-A (formerly LPC-A), LMFT-A, or LCAS-A license required
  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or mental health counseling is preferred but not required
  • Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered behavioral healthcare
