Job Summary Looking for a role where your expertise makes a difference every day? We’re building a telehealth team in California and seeking licensed LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs. You’ll provide therapy to individuals and families statewide, all while working from home in a structured yet supportive environment.
Schedule & Pay
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Core Duties
Deliver therapy sessions virtually
Develop tailored treatment plans with measurable outcomes
Work with other providers to ensure client success
Maintain timely, compliant records
Stay current with continuing education and best practices
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
At least 2 years of therapy experience
Strong communication and telehealth skills
