Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Job SummaryWe’re looking for licensed therapists in California to provide high-quality therapy sessions remotely. You’ll connect with clients virtually, design tailored treatment plans, and support them in developing healthier coping skills. This position combines the convenience of remote work with the reliability of a structured schedule.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
Lead secure telehealth therapy sessions with adults and families
Develop treatment strategies suited to each client’s needs
Monitor progress and refine care approaches
Keep timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Two or more years of therapy experience
Strong skills in remote care delivery
