Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)

Location: Maple Grove, MN Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job SummaryProvide telehealth therapy to Minnesota clients through secure sessions and organized documentation. This role focuses on consistent care planning and ongoing progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth sessions
• Conduct assessments and document diagnoses
• Create and update treatment plans
• Maintain EMR notes and clinical records
• Participate in clinical meetings as needed

Requirements

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable using EMR systems
