Licensed Mental Health Therapist Needed

Seeking LCSWLSW andor LPCLACs for community-based outpatient clinic located in Clifton. Friendly supportive environment. Shifts available Monday-Saturday with option for both in-office and at-home work. Delivery of both in-person and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive intake assessments.

Provide therapy.

Collaborate with dynamic inter-disciplinary team.

Partner with clients in meaningful treatment planning.

Collect and communicate clinical information necessary to secure authorization for services with funding entities.

Perform all written documentation including assessments progress notes treatment plans status reports etc. as required and within expected timeframes.

Secure releases and collaborate with external providers and significant others to coordinate regarding issued connected to content of individualized treatment plan.

Be amenable to supervision including seeking consultation as appropriate and being invested in ongoing effort to improve service provision and personal skill set.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team climate.

Supervision for LCSW and LPC licensure provided.
