Position: Licensed Millwright Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - On-site
Location: Markham, Ontario
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Strong experience with:
- Troubleshooting manufacturing machinery
- CNC & automated manufacturing equipment
- Preventive & corrective maintenance
- Mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair
Must-Have Requirements
- Valid Ontario 433A Millwright Licence
- Strong troubleshooting & repair skills
- Hands-on manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
- Ability to diagnose mechanical failures independently
Preferred Industry Background
- Aerospace Manufacturing
- Automotive Manufacturing
Salary
- Starting from CAD $60,000+ per year, depending on experience.
Approximate hourly equivalent:
- Around CAD $29–$40/hour, depending on experience and total hours worked. (The JD only guarantees CAD $60,000+, so the exact hourly rate isn't specified.)
Reporting
- Reports directly to the Production Manager.
