Position: Licensed Millwright Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent - On-site  
Location: Markham, Ontario 


Experience Required


  • Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. 
  •  Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred. 
  •  Strong experience with: 
    •  Troubleshooting manufacturing machinery 
    •  CNC & automated manufacturing equipment 
    •  Preventive & corrective maintenance 
    •  Mechanical troubleshooting and machine repair 
Must-Have Requirements


  • Valid Ontario 433A Millwright Licence
  •  Strong troubleshooting & repair skills 
  •  Hands-on manufacturing equipment maintenance experience 
  •  Ability to diagnose mechanical failures independently 
Preferred Industry Background


  •  Aerospace Manufacturing 
  •  Automotive Manufacturing 
Salary


  • Starting from CAD $60,000+ per year, depending on experience. 
Approximate hourly equivalent:


  • Around CAD $29–$40/hour, depending on experience and total hours worked. (The JD only guarantees CAD $60,000+, so the exact hourly rate isn't specified.) 
Reporting


  •  Reports directly to the Production Manager.
